• The current rate of VAT is 20%.
• Disbursements relate to expenses, for example payment of Court fees.
• In cases where you have a limited income you may be exempt from paying court fees. We shall advise you regarding this.
• Our costs may increase where the divorce is defended or there are unforeseen difficulties.
