Domestic abuse includes hitting, slapping, pushing and kicking. It can also include verbal abuse, shouting, calling you names or speaking to you in a way which is frightening or threatening.
Domestic abuse can include control over money and refusing to allow you to be involved in financial decisions to controlling what you do, what you wear, who you speak to.
We can help you obtain appropriate protection in those circumstances.
We are experienced in obtaining Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. Occupation Orders are those requiring your partner to leave the home or allowing you to live at the property from where your partner may have evicted you from, or preventing your partner from returning to the property.
We have an experienced team fully trained to deal with matters in a sensitive manner.
